All rooms are on the first and second floors — no lift service available.
Smoking, vaping, or drug use is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
Eating on the bed is not allowed — stains or damage will incur a cleaning fine.
Pets are welcome, but not allowed on beds or furniture.
No dedicated parking — street-side parking only; vehicles are parked at the owner’s responsibility.
Loud music, parties, or gatherings are not permitted.
Outside visitors are not allowed in guest rooms without prior approval.
Valid government ID for all occupants is mandatory at check-in.
Gates close at 11:00 PM. Late entry is allowed only with prior notice.
All outdoor areas are under CCTV surveillance for security.
Please turn off lights, fans, and AC when you leave the room.
